Tai Chi for Diabetes

Tai Chi for Diabetes was developed by Sydney, Australia family physician, Dr. Paul Lam. It combines moves from Sun style and Yang style tai chi in a 19-movement form that is specifically designed for people with diabetes, people with metabolic syndrome (glucose intolerance.) and obesity.
